Chia Seed Pudding with Berries and Almonds

Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for sperm motility, while berries provide antioxidants that help protect sperm from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Instructions

1. In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
2. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the pudding is thickened.
4. When ready to serve, top with fresh berries and sliced almonds for a boost of antioxidants and healthy fats.
