Banana Bread

Ingredients

- 140g wholemeal flour
- 100g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

- 3 large eggs, beaten with a fork
- 150ml low-fat natural yogurt

- Mix It All Together: Quickly stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Scatter the nuts on top if using.
- Bake: Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the loaf to cool in the tin on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature, spread with a bit of low-fat spread if desired.
