High-Protein Banana Oat Muffins

These easy-to-make protein muffins are not just a quick snack but a fertility-friendly and muscle-boosting treat. With just three simple steps and 23 minutes of baking, you'll have a tray of 12 delicious muffins that are perfect for supporting your male fertility and fitness goals.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray your muffin tray with cooking spray.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth, then divide the mixture evenly into the 12 muffin tray sockets.
  3. Bake for about 17 minutes or until a fork inserted comes out clean. Top each muffin with a bit of Greek yogurt.
