Ingredients
- 3 garnet yams
- 2 tsp smoked Spanish paprika
- 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions
1. Prep and Pre-Bake
- Preheat your oven to 325˚F.

- Raise the oven temperature to 450˚F.
