Tuna, Asparagus & White Bean Salad

This quick and nourishing salad is perfect for boosting male fertility, with protein-packed tuna, fiber-rich beans, and nutrient-dense asparagus. Ready in minutes, it’s a great addition to your spring menu.


Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 large bunch asparagus
  • 2 x 200g cans yellowfin tuna steaks (in water, drained)
  • 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans (in water, drained)
  • 1 red onion (very finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tarragon (finely chopped)

Instructions

1. Cook the Asparagus

  • Bring a large pan of boiling water to a boil and cook asparagus for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  • Drain well, then cool under running water.
  • Cut into finger-length pieces.

2. Combine the Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, toss the tuna, beans, red onion, capers, and cooked asparagus.

3. Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, and tarragon.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

4. Chill and Serve

  • Chill the salad until ready to serve.
