Vanilla Orange Protein Pancakes

Elevate your breakfast with these protein-packed pancakes—a modern twist on the Sunday classic. Loaded with whey protein, coconut flour, and a zesty touch of orange, these pancakes are perfect for fueling your day while supporting male fertility.


Ingredients (Serves 4, Makes 12 Pancakes)

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ¼ cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Coconut oil (for cooking)
  • 1 orange, sliced (for serving)
  • 2 Tbsp slivered almonds (for topping)

Instructions

1. Blend the Batter

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the banana, whey protein powder, coconut flour, egg whites, almond butter, orange zest, and baking soda until smooth.

2. Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat 1 Tbsp of coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Ladle the batter into the pan, forming small pancakes (about 3 inches in diameter). Immediately reduce the heat to medium.
  • Cook for 1 minute or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

3. Serve

  • Serve warm with slices of fresh orange and a sprinkle of slivered almonds on top.
