Spinach and Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that are essential for sperm health.

Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (rich in omega-3s)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (rich in zinc and selenium)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
